Fire !

Postby Colin » Fri Nov 19, 2010 9:11 pm

A recent sighting of Daves latest Lamb on the Ashton by Pass.
Adds a new meaning to the word Burn-up, Fortunately I had drunk 2 pints at the Hare & Hounds earlier and was easily able to put the said fire out, apparently the fire started when nail varnish ran down the handlebars to the carb which pre ignited the Germaloid ointment in the toolbox.

Thank God I removed all the chrome before the fire started, Colin was nearly right about the cause, it wasnt helped by the lead acid batteries I was carrying, on my way to Colins for his hearing aids, the poor bugger will still have to remain tone deaf until I get replacements. A barmaid I know at the Hare and Hounds confirmed Colin could not have helped controlling the fire as she personally helped him replace his catheter after a half pint. He argued he had to go off and sing with his mates, luckily she caught it on camera as Col doesnt like singing with his mates in Red as he gets embarrased. He is now known as THE RED MOD

Dave,
Iv'e managed to salvage most of your fire damaged Lamb and rebuild it,in what I think you will agree is a far better more sorted scoot than your'e used to riding, just add the lights and foxtail and away you go- but steady with the Germaloid cream this time, best to keep a smaller tube in your parka pocket mate !

Boys and Girls, please do not attempt any of the above Youtube stunts at home, these could result in severe injury particularly the last one.
Dave and I have spent hours perfecting many of the items you see on the club forum for your entertainment on these cold wet non scootering evenings, Am I right Dave ? :-D :riding:

Thats absolutely right Colin, we strive to amuse our pals on these cold winter nights without a throbbing two stroke under our rear ends. Roll on Summer when once again we can take to Britains highways ( well the A38 at least !) :scooter: :scooter: :scooter: :scooter: :-D :-D
