LI3 150 frames starting "68...." do indicate a 1963 build from Milan. As the engine number is so close to the frame number, it would appear genuine and Italian. The seat with "Guiliari" stamped on the front hinge, also indicate an early S3 seat as fitted in the factory- although most (not all) ordinary LI150's had single seats as standard.

What is the IGM number? (near to the frame number)

The headset is wrong, and is, as stated, a "Special" type headset- Ordinary S3 LI150's had a plain round one- yours has been replaced some time.

The "Chrome ring" is correct for the year (these were dropped in May 1965)
