sad news

sad news this weekend, local rider tony marsh from bath was killed on his way to woolocombe, just got back into scootering after doing up his gp,..... this has not been a good summer for scooter riders, and really makes you think about the risk we take while enjoying our scoots, RIP fella, my thoughts are with his friends & family gerry

That is dreadful news, and I feel gutted. It's very saddening to hear of any death on the road, but it seems even worse when it is someone nearby and within the scootering community.
Like you say Gerry, this summer has not been good- it's difficult to even know what to say at times like this.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
