Bristol Mod Scooter Club

Quite some time back my PC was trashed by some nasty viruses, and it was given the last rites at the local computer repair shop. I knew there were some photos in some files, but I wasn't sure which ones, and I thought I'd never see them again. However, I've managed to get the hard drive 'interrogated',and successfully retrieved these photos and I've just been looking at them- a couple of hundred pics of BMSC events, some taken by me, and never posted up but mostly a load of pics I saved off our website ages ago that have since been lost when the site was going through it's 'unstable' stage, or simply deleted!

So from time to time, I'll be posting a few up- here's one to start with- Rich P, stalled in Bath, a couple of years ago!

Norm was driving Steven Myatt's (The Mod Years editor) car while Steve was lying in the back taking photos of us as we cruised around the streets near The Lloyds building. I remember it was real fun, but we were all trying to look dead cool, and not smile!

In this shot, you can see Steven scratching his head, looking a little stressed trying to organise us into position for the next photo! It looks as if Gerry is trying to help!

Most of you will recognise the 'Tank' at Slapton! This was on the Torquay Rideout, 2006. The 3 scoots infront of the tank are Russ's 'Jimmy'on the left, mine in the middle (No flags!) and on the right, (nice to see!) Mike Pick's gorgeous SX!

Us lot just hanging about in between shots! It was a great show of scoots- maybe the thought of being in a bookazine was a good incentive! What a bunch of posers!
