OK Chris- this is just a guess- was his girlfriends name Ramona, and his nickname for her was Mony? Did they also do a cover version of Judy In Disguise called Mony in Disguise- I think you'll find they did!

Oh I've got loads...................... :shock:

who did the handclaps on "Sugar Sugar" (1969)?

Clue- made it quite big in the 1970's with some "comedy" hits (2 in particular involving Nudity and Achondroplasia) and a few serious hits. American.
