Watch where you park yer scoot!

A guy called Steve turned up at the Arnolfini last Saturday with a rather tasty fifty year old- his Vespa! Steve was telling us that a while back he received a sixty quid fine in the post for parking in Millenium Square- no written ticket issued at the time but his number plate was caught on a surveillance camera! Blimey, we've parked there a few times as well, so just take care where you park up when you stop for a cappuccino!

that whole area is under surveillance from cameras. They clock your reg number (even for a very brief stop), get your deetails from DVLA and send you a bill.

I'm not sure if its a council thing or a private company doing it- if its the later, just ignore any "fine"

It would help if the person who received the "fine" could scan and post the ticket on here
