Not hundred per cent sure, but i think Eddie Cochran played his last ever show at The Hippodrome, and on the way to where ever he was headed, the car crashed in Chippenham, where he was killed, and the first person on the scene (who i think might have been a policeman at the time) was Dave Dee. Am I close?

Jim Yes. I watch this on you tube a lot and have a response posted somewhere. Val Singleton reminds me of that teacher at Fairfield, Miss Ashton, remember her we all used to drool over her especially when she sat on the desk at the front of the class!! but DDDBM and T were the best, saw them live 2 years ago in Lancashire, all the best for AGM, we are back 1st March as they have a tenant so it has worked out well, roll on Summer
