There is also a wonderful article on hand painting your scooter, Tools include a wire brush, Brass bristle brush and a scraper for removing "Rust Patches" Suppose they are referring to Vespas.

Yeah - but imagine riding up Park Street on yer modded scoot in a full set of shining armour. People would get temporary blindness from the reflection.

Now thats Mod-bling gone bonkers.
