Hi all,

As Ian is away at the moment, and as I am aware that the funeral arrangements for Duncan (Yate and Sodbury Scooter Club) have been finalised I thought it best to post the details.
Meeting place is The Folly pub, Westerleigh Road, just off the Ring Road, Friday 27th, 12.30pm.
An important note for anyone making their way to Westerleigh Crematorium is that there are extensive roadworks in and around Pucklechurch, so the Crematorium cannot be approached from that direction. The main road and all roads between Pucklechurch and Westerleigh are coned-off.
Yate and Sodbury club has a Facebook page which I'm sure will have lots of information on the situation. All scooterists especially those of the Mod persuasion are welcome at the funeral and the wake that follows at The Brimscombe pub in North Yate.

Thanks Steve and Barry for the reply,Thanks to Nick for putting the times and meeting place on the forum,
Is there anybody else attending?
The feeling is that there will be a lot of scooters turning up,so would be good if we can find more support,to show of
our club.

Update on the funeral arrangements -
Most of those attending will be going from Duncan and Sue's home address;
46 Burchells Green Road, Kingswood, though some may be meeting up at the Folly on the way apparently.
The cortege will leave at around 12.45 so meeting time around 12.15 to 12.30.
Weather forecast is still on the wet side.
