Annual General Meeting

Postby Jim » Wed Feb 22, 2012 8:23 pm

Many thanx to all BMSC members and friends who attended our AGM, last Sunday night at the Shakespeare Tavern. Well done to those that travelled into Bristol from further afield- Bernie, Gerry and Dave M to name but a few.

We had quite a lively discussion, covering the usual club related topics, including such items as our event and rideout diary.

We are holding a follow up meeting to finalise the dates and events list. This is being held again at-

The Shakespeare Tavern

Prince Street Bristol

on Sunday eve 4th March

at 7:30pm- all BMSC members welcome.

When we've finished compiling the diary, it will be posted on the 'Newsletter' page.

I'm just in the process of writing up the AGM minutes, and they will be made available to all members as soon as possible.

Our first official club rideout will be our traditional ride to WSM on Easter Bank Holiday Monday- always a well attended day, and a great way of kicking off the rideout season. As usual, I will be posting up the meet up times etc. a bit nearer the Easter weekend.

Looking forward to seeing you all on the day!

Cheerz f'now, Jim.

Jim Liz and I must give apologies for missing meeting on 4th March as we are doing holiday relief at the Red Cow. Honiton for 10 days. Anyone down that way, please pop in, we will be happy to see you. From March 19th we are running Bar and Kitchen at Broadway Caravan Park. Cheddar so will be restricted to rideouts through the year, however Malc and Jo, the managers have a Series 2 and Series 3 so they are keen to get involved as well, so open invitation to you all (VCGB had rally there last year) See you all during 2012 as we can... Dave and Liz :scooter: :scooter:
