October - what's happening?
Posted: Sun Sep 27, 2015 10:08 pmWow, we finally got the summer we were waiting for! Pity we had to wait until September! Hope you all made the most of it and got out on the scoots as much as poss! So here we are in October already, and you might ask 'What's happening?' Well, we are pretty much at the end of our scootering diary, but there are a few things occurring!
THIS SATURDAY 3RD OCT - BERNIE'S BIG NIGHT OUT
Bernie has another special night at The Hawaiian Bar. Fabulous music played on forty fives, fantastic dance floor, friendly crowd, favourable drinks prices, just a flipping all round great night out! Quite a few of us are going to this one, so why not join us for a few beers and a catch up on the latest scootering gossip!
SUNDAY 11TH OCT - CLUB MEET UP
Our second Sunday of the month meet up! Could be very weather dependent this time of year! Meeting at The Arnolfini as usual. Watch out for more details on this forum the week before!
SUNDAY 18TH OCT - HOGGIN' THE BRIDGE
Ride across the Old Severn Bridge with a couple of thousand bikers! A very good ride and a great day out! Details will be posted on this forum the week before, so watch out for that!
And as usual, just a reminder that it's always a good idea to check on this forum before setting off just in case any details have been changed! For instance, the Arnolfini is sometimes cordoned off for a local event, in which case we will arrange an alternative place to meet up!
